SHIPPING POLICY

Our Products are processed within 1-3 days from the time you place your order and shipped within 3-5 business days from your order date. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process. Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales require up to 10 business days to process and 5-8 days for delivery. During major holidays and busy seasons or for Handmade, Customized, or Outsourced products processing times can take up to 20 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to products, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. See our order processing and Shipping policy for more details.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy allows for returns up to 14 days upon delivery. Returned products cannot be used, altered, or worn. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for any returns shipping cost.

Returns may take up to 3-7 business days for processing once the package has been delivered. Please note that items sent back without a return authorization from J'Ciera Collections will take longer to process. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will be denied. (Example worn or used returned with obvious use and/or damage, without the original packaging and/or tags will be returned to the customer at their expense).

All sales of Handmade and Customized items are considered final, with no option of return, credit, or refund.
