Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING:

 Products ship within 1-5 business days from your order date. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process. Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale require up to 10 business days to process and 2-3 days for delivery. During major holidays, processing times can take up 20 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. See our order processing and Shipping policy for more details.

**Preorder - If you have purchased a pre-order item, our regular shipping policy doesn't apply. Pre-ordering takes additional time to fulfill. Preorder items take 2-3 weeks (business days only) for us to process and ship as they are are not on hand items.

RETURNS:

Our return policy allows for returns up to 14 days upon delivery. Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for any returns shipping cost.

Returns may take up to 5-7 business days for processing once package has been delivered. Please note that items sent back without a return authorization from J'Ciera Collections will take longer to refund. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will be denied. (Example Handbags returned with obvious use and/or damage, without the original packaging and/or tags will be returned to the customer).
